Delete your Ringfall TD account
You can delete your Ringfall TD account, and everything the game keeps about you, yourself, at any time. It takes effect at once and can't be undone.
On the web
- Sign in with the Google or Steam account you play with.
- Your account card opens: choose Delete my account, and confirm.
In the game (Android, Steam or the web)
- In the lobby, open account at the top of the screen.
- Choose Delete my account, and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your player name, which becomes free for anyone to take.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocked players (and you, from other players' lists).
- Your record and your places on the leaderboards.
- Your Steam sign-in tokens, and your Google sign-in to Ringfall TD.
- Reports you made, and reports about you.
What is kept
Nothing about you. The only thing that stays is the anonymous figures from games you played (how far the team got, towers built, creeps that got through and so on), which include nobody's name or account. See the privacy policy.
Can't sign in?
If you can no longer sign in to the account, email support@boostcyber.com with your player name, and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
